Your role in their faith journey doesn’t end after high school.
It just changes.
As Catholic parents and grandparents, we pray our children will stay close to Christ when they leave home, whether they’re headed to college, the military, or the workforce. But the truth is:
Many young Catholics lose their connection to the Church after high school.
That’s where Newman Connection comes in.
Our mission is simple.
Keep Catholic students connected to their faith, wherever life takes them next.
Newman Connection is a Catholic nonprofit that helps bridge the gap between your child’s home parish and their new Catholic community. Whether they’re stepping onto a college campus, reporting to military service after basic training, or starting their first job in a new city. We make sure someone from the local Catholic ministry reaches out to welcome them personally.
How It Works
- Submit your student’s name (or encourage them to sign up themselves)
- We connect them to the campus ministry, parish, or chaplin where they’re headed
- Someone from that Catholic community reaches out, before they arrive
It’s personal. It’s prayerful. And it’s free.
Our Catholic Partners and Donors Make This Possible
Newman Connection works hand-in-hand with:
- Over 350 Campus ministries nationwide
- Over 100 Catholic dioceses and 2,000 parishes
- Military chaplains and Newman Centers
- Faith-based housing communities

- Our generous donors who make this possible
Together, we’ve helped over 600,000 students connect to their Catholic faith after graduation, and we’re just getting started.
