A message from St. Lawrence Newman Center
St. Lawrence Catholic Church and Newman Center provides a sacred home for Catholics at the University of Minnesota. Our mission is to make disciples of Jesus at the U of M by building transformative relationships and raising up leaders in the faith. Through worship, service, outreach, fellowship, and leadership, we nurture the spiritual growth of all in our community. There are more than 51,000 students at the university and an estimated 15,000 of those are Catholic. More than 1,200 students attend one of our three Sunday Masses during the school year, and nearly 200 are actively involved in the campus ministry.
Students incoming fall 2024 are encouraged to register here!
