Newman Community
Hamilton College
A message from Newman Community
Newman Community provides an atmosphere for spiritual, intellectual, and social interaction - primarily for Catholic students, but open to the concerns of the campus community. We celebrate Mass 3 times a week (Tuesdays and Fridays at 12pm and Sundays at 1pm), host monthly dinners, and run Knitting with Newman, a campus-wide knitting club open to faculty and students. The Newman Community is also involved in community service through the annual Trust Treat event at Hamilton, as well as participating in outreach through Hope House and Thea Bowman House. If you would like to know more about our Newman Community, contact the Newman Council at hcnewman@hamilton.edu or Fr. Peter at pelhache@hamilton.edu.
