A message from Young Adult Ministry in Gary

Students are welcomed and encouraged to get involved in the wider Catholic communities in the city of Gary and in the Diocese of Gary. Our young adult ministry supports people in their late teens, twenties, and thirties as they grow in faith, build meaningful relationships, and live out their call to missionary discipleship.

From prayer and worship nights to service opportunities, small groups, social gatherings, and diocesan events, there are many ways to connect. Whether you're looking for a local parish home, want to meet other Catholic young adults, or simply have questions about faith and life, we're here to journey with you.

There are four parishes in the city of Gary:

• The Cathedral of the Holy Angels
• Saints Monica and Luke
• Saint Joseph the Worker | San José Obrero
• Saint Mary of the Lake (Young Adult Ministry Pictured Above)

The people of Gary are served by Franciscan Friars.
