A message from Holy Trinity Catholic Newman Center
Welcome!
Holy Trinity Catholic Newman Center is rapidly growing as it seeks to meet the faith needs of our students, faculty, and staff!
From tailgating to retreats, World Youth Day pilgrimages to daily Mass and confession, and community service to free dinners and catechesis, Holy Trinity Catholic Newman Center offers a wide range of activities for students to get involved and grow.
How do I get involved? Starting with the first week of school, the Newman Center will have activities every day where new people can just show up, and get to know many other people. The easiest way is to just show up, because all of our activities are open to everyone, and new people are always coming in the door. The Newman Center is proud of its welcoming atmosphere where Catholics and non-Catholics find a welcome home to encounter God, ask questions, and hear the truth.
Some of the specifics include an adult faith formation/Sacrament preparation class for anyone seeking to learn about the Catholic faith or needing a sacrament (including baptism!). Join us for Newman Night on Thursdays starting at 5:30pm where we will enjoy Mass, a free dinner (donated by local restaurants!), and a topic where we can discuss and continue seeking the truth. Each semester we offer a Lumberjack Awakening Retreat (last spring over 130 students attended).
So, stop by and say hi to me and our other staff members after Mass, or anytime. Parents, feel free to contact us at any time. Know of our prayers for a great school year, and once again, Welcome!!
