A message from Campus Ministry

As a Mercy institution, we provide special nourishment for Catholic and other Christian students, faculty & staff. However, SXU Campus Ministry is here to support you even if you are not a practicing Christian. We are all on our own faith journeys, and have different relationships with religious and nonreligious traditions- and that's okay! These things can be intimidating to explore, and we all struggle sometimes. And that's why we're here- whether you're exploring faith, religion, and spirituality for the first time, or you're continuing on your path, we're here to listen, foster relationships, and build positive experiences.

While we’re a Catholic school rooted in the Mercy tradition, you do NOT have to be Catholic to be involved in Ministry. We welcome everyone! Because relationship & deep faith-sharing is the foundation of our ministry. 

There is a very active Catholic Campus Ministry- faith-sharing groups, prayer gatherings, study-groups, retreats, celebration of mass, and more! Please contact us for more information. You are very welcome.
