A message from S.S.U. Catholic Student Organization

We are Holy Redeemer and St. Mary Catholic Churches: two parishes, which serve Portsmouth as one Catholic community.  Our identity is in Christ’s merciful love and in His real presence in the Eucharist.  Our mission is to help make and form intentional disciples of Jesus Christ and His Church.  We seek His love through the Sacraments, personal prayer, and a loving community life.  We make His love known through our outreach, care for the poor, and genuine service to our friends and neighbors.  "WE LOVE BECAUSE HE LOVED US FIRST" (1 John 4:19).
