A message from RooCatholic

Welcome to RooCatholic!   RooCatholic has been a Student Organization at the University of Akron since 1936. We are affiliated with the Newman Catholic Campus Ministry through the Diocese of Cleveland. For the past 80 years, RooCatholic has been an instrument of the Holy Spirit, providing a joyful and faithful community for students at the University of Akron.   Members of this group grow in understanding of the Catholic Church and the love and truth it holds for all of humanity.

Not only do students grow in their interior relationship with Christ, but also, they are transformed into influential parish leaders, that have true conviction for the faith.   If you are tired of the mediocrity, broken loves, and skewed truth that modern society offers to youth, come to RooCatholic to have your life transformed!
