A message from St. Stephen Catholic Chapel

St. Stephen’s Catholic University Chapel is the Newman Center for the greater Birmingham, Alabama area. We serve the campuses of UAB, Samford, and Birmingham-Southern College. At St. Stephen, you’ll find everything to nurture your Catholic faith while in college: Mass, confession, adoration of the Blessed Sacrament, study of Sacred Scripture, apologetics, prayer, spiritual counsel—and activities ranging from fun stuff to intellectual opportunities to meaningful outreach and service. Students have daily access to our student center from 7am-10pm. Come study, pray, or just hang out.
