Welcome to the Newman Catholic Center at the University of California – Davis! We welcome students of UC Davis and surrounding community colleges. Countless young adults have been part of this ministriy's legacy and now it's your turn to have a place to belong, believe and just be yourself! The Newman Center was established in 1965 and is owned and operated by the Catholic Diocese of Sacramento and is also affiliated with the local Catholic Parish of St. James (on B St). We are excited to welcome, meet and greet you and your friends. We know it may be a challenge to take the first step and visit, so be sure to check out our social media for upcoming Mass times, Newman Nights, fellowships and retreat dates. Adoration Times
Adoration occurs at least once a month at an event called S.T.R.E.A.M. (Scripture, Testimony, Reconciliation, Evangelization, Adoration and Music). It starts at 7 pm on Oct 22, Nov 12 and Dec 10.
