A message from Catholic Privateers UNO Newman Center

Catholic Privateers is the Catholic campus ministry & student group here at the University of New Orleans. The Newman Center is a ministry of St Martin de Porres. Our goal is to provide all students with a community in which they can grow in their spirituality, both Catholic and otherwise, and in fellowship with one another. 

• Enjoy a cup of coffee and cookies in our St. Louis King of France Library. 
• Study with access to internet and copier/printer in our St. John Paul II Parlor. 
• Breathe fresh air in our St. Francis of Assisi Courtyard.  
• Pray with Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament in our St. Thomas the Apostle Chapel.
• Picnic outside under our oak tree by the Purple Heart Garden.

Newman Center is open week days from 8:30-3 for study, fellowship and prayer.
