Catholic Newman Community

Welcome to Newman!  Newman provides a close-knit, inclusive, and engaging environment, welcoming students interested in balancing faith and reason through a spiritual relationship with Christ and the Catholic Church.  Enjoy social events, community service opportunities retreats, dinners, and, of course, Mass and the Sacraments.  We have won 3 national programming awards in six years; our retreat, Kairos Retreat, is held every semester; and Alternative Spring Break will be happening this March!  We must be doing something right with over 100 programs?!  

 

The largest faith denomination at Rochester, Newman is proud to be an active presence on all campuses and schools of the university:  Arts, Sciences & Engineering, Eastman Institute for Oral Health, Eastman School of Music, School of Medicine and Dentistry, School of Nursing, Simon Business School, and Warner School of Education!
